After getting nose surgery and worrying about sebum, I got a nasolabial-zone peeling at Muse after getting a recommendation from someone I know. If you are worried about sebum around your nose after nose surgery, try it. It was good. The price was low too, but it is a bit of a walk uphill from Gangnam Station, so that was the only inconvenience.
