The doctors and staff are kind, but because it's definitely cheap, they tend to do the hair removal a bit carelessly. I went there after having more than 10 sessions at another place already, so I didn't have much beard left, but I think I would have been very dissatisfied if I'd gone from the start. For men's hair removal, I recommend first going to a really good clinic near City Hall Station, and once the coarse hairs are mostly cleared, getting maintenance care at a factory-style clinic.
