I waited a long time for a consultation about my sausage eyes. The facilities were clean and the staff were kind. They pointed out the parts my eyes actually needed, and when I asked about back canthoplasty, they said that wasn’t the problem and seemed not to recommend unnecessary surgery. My eyes have had surgery twice and don’t have much extra tissue, so according to the doctor, the line probably won’t be lowered much, and the surgery would mainly be about reducing the bulging sausage-like appearance?? That’s the vague memory I have.
