Among the hospitals I visited, I think this one explained the surgical method in the most detail. However, when I said I was scared of the side effects of eye correction and asked whether I could skip it, being refused twice was disappointing... hehe The director, ㅇㄷㄱ, spoke softly so it was hard to hear what he was saying, but he still explained things kindly, which I liked. (He seemed extremely meticulous, just like his nickname suggests hehe) I did eventually get my deposit fully refunded one way or another, but the consultation manager's attitude of not canceling it right away when I asked to cancel, and instead trying to push Botox or skin care, was disappointing.
