I consulted at 5 places and came here last. The manager was kind and the director was kind too. Out of the 5 places, only 2 gave detailed and long consultations with the director, and this was one of them. They talked through even the worst-case scenarios, which made me trust them, and they even explained exactly what they would do if I had surgery. I agonized a lot between here and another place, and now I regret not having surgery here...
