I had the surgery in 2018. I went only wanting under-eye fat repositioning, but for my case they said fat grafting would have a bigger effect, so I trusted them and went ahead. There were many reviews from people who were highly satisfied with under-eye fat repositioning surgery, and since my dark circles were so severe, I had the surgery. The dark circles improved, but because of the fat grafting, the under-eye fat clumped together, which is disappointing.
