I had heard they speak conservatively and negatively, so I went in expecting that, and the consultation itself was fine. But they answered in such an extremely conservative way that I started wondering if they just didn’t want to take responsibility for anything... No matter what I asked, the answer was always that it could be that way or it could not be that way. I did like the explanation they gave about the surgery methods themselves. Still, because they spoke with so little certainty in order to lower the patient’s expectations, it made me hesitate. The manager consultation wasn’t rude, but I wish they would explain the basics, like aftercare after surgery, all at once instead of making me ask everything one by one. It sounds like I’m only complaining, but even so, I do still want to get surgery here.
