I could really feel the expertise in rhinoplasty because they took a nasal CT before the consultation and explained everything in detail! The consultation manager was also as kind as the director!! But here they don't use donated rib cartilage at all because they say it's not good, and they only perform surgery with autologous costal cartilage! If I'm going to use autologous costal cartilage, I think I should do it here.
