I had full-arm liposuction in mid-November 2017. I also had full-abdomen liposuction around July 2019. At the time, they said my arms were muscular and that removing too much fat could cause adhesions, so they definitely became thinner than before, but they were not skinny-bone arms. The next year I had my abdomen done as well, and it likewise definitely became slimmer than before, but there were some uneven, sunken areas, so I recently went to another hospital and had revision surgery. Back when I first had arm lipo in my early 20s, a lot of people around me went there through recommendations. My younger sibling also had thighs and arms done, but disliked the calves/ankle area afterward and got aftercare. A friend who had abdomen and thighs done in 2019 now looks so normal that I do not even know if she had it done, and another friend who had her arms done in 2020 said the weight came back and there was a bit of tingling, so I think she had revision surgery. The friend who had surgery most recently, in 2022 or 2023, managed her diet and lifestyle strictly and is still keeping slender arms. They call it large-volume liposuction, but it does not seem like a clinic where the line turns out especially well compared to the amount removed.
