First of all, the director is more important than the manager or the facility, and I liked that they spoke honestly. They said that because my nasal bridge is crooked, putting in silicone would make it look even more crooked, so they would not use silicone, and instead suggested only doing the tip with ear cartilage. Even though my nose is fine right now, and even if the result isn't dramatic, they said they would not recommend it, but it would still improve compared to now. So I got the impression that they were pretty honest and that it would be safe!
