I went for a breast consultation and the way they spoke, as if they were teaching me, mixed with casual speech, made me feel a bit bad. Of course, they know far more than I do by an amount that can’t even be compared, but because of the consultation tone that felt lecturing and mixed with casual speech, I passed on it.
