I went for a cheekbone consultation, and the director kindly explained the surgery in detail and checked carefully whether it was suitable for my face, which I appreciated. The desk staff also looked naturally youthful and looked like they hadn't had plastic surgery, which somehow was nice too. The consultation manager was very much like a familiar aunt at a restaurant I know, so she was friendly, but also a bit overwhelming ^^...
