I went for a consultation through a friend's introduction, and it was a bit disappointing because I had to wait a long time. I first discussed the surgical method with the director, and the cost with the manager, but both were kind, which was nice. The consultation was also done slowly and kindly, which I liked. Especially, they only consulted me on the necessary parts, which I think was even better.
