Review

The facility was nice and the consultation phone calls and front desk staff were kind, so I liked that, but the director was so insensitive to the patient's feelings that I felt really bad. I heard that this place is famous for revision surgery, so they should understand at least a little of how patients feel when they come for revision surgery and do the consultation.
