I made the reservation through an app first and went. They said if the consultation went well, I might even have surgery tomorrow. When I said the price was different from the event price and I wanted to think about it for a moment, they looked flustered and said, “We told you tomorrow is possible too^^” and the atmosphere, plus a bit of pressure, was noticeable. But I was already too lazy to keep going to other places, so I just left a deposit and came out. There wasn’t any device to measure body fat in particular, and the doctor just felt my chin and cheeks and said they were quite substantial and absolutely needed to be done. He also said I needed the buccal fat pad done too for the slim face shape I wanted, but because of the price issue I only did the double chin. When I asked what side effects there were, the mood instantly turned cold and they brushed it off like there was nothing, as if why would I ask something like that. They also kept me updated through KakaoTalk and sort of took care of me. After the surgery, while I was dazed, the doctor just came by, said I had lost a lot of fat and would look pretty, and that was it. I wanted to see the fat, but I was under sedation right after the anesthesia so I couldn’t say anything. The operating room felt a bit factory-like.
