The director was very kind and detailed. He didn't find my questions annoying and answered them in great detail. The consultation staff felt relatively mechanical. Since this was also a revision surgery, they recommended costal cartilage. Costal cartilage was more expensive than I expected. They seem to care a lot about facial balance.
