They held the consultation only after listening enough to the patient's story. After the CT scan, during the consultation they drew my nose line on a pad right there and showed it to me. They explained things kindly and step by step, so it was easy to understand. They seem to prefer autologous costal cartilage, and said they would operate in a way that fits my face naturally. The consultation manager wasn't extremely kind, but wasn't rude either. No pressure about the deposit, but they only answered what I asked. As 2-year free warranty / No anesthesiologist on site (they said the surgeon does it directly)
