I liked that they took a CT scan and looked at things in detail The director examined me carefully and answered all my questions Rather than soft, fluffy kindness, the precise and firm way they spoke felt kind to me They showed me reviews of noses similar to mine, so I could get an idea of how much change to expect Even though I clearly said during the consultation with the manager that I couldn't do it now and was only there for the consultation, the manager kept trying to set a surgery date, which was a bit annoying
