I liked that they showed me the virtual surgery using a CT scan. I was unsure about alar reduction too, but they firmly told me not to do that. They seem to prefer a natural look. It was good even for a first consultation, but the price is a bit higher than I expected, so I'm thinking about it.. The 3D custom implant is more expensive than I thought
