The director had a long career, and this was one of the hospitals that always comes up for fat grafting, so I went in with high expectations. I had a consultation directly with the director, without a manager, and the consultation itself was unremarkable, but the director was quite aloof. Among the hospitals I consulted, there wasn't really a place where the director felt especially kind, and they all looked tired, but even among them this one was the most aloof. The atmosphere made me hesitate to ask questions, so I remember the consultation not being very comfortable.
