I got the consultation because I trusted them so much after reading their YouTube and blog posts, but honestly I was surprised by how stiff the director was. I guess that’s just their personality, but if I didn’t ask directly, they hardly said anything and only gave me very formal, mechanical explanations of the surgery method. I expected them to look at my CT and tell me something like how prominent my cheekbones are and how many millimeters they could reduce them by, but there was none of that, so even now that I’ve had the surgery, I still don’t know how much my cheekbones were reduced. I guess I’ll only know after the recovery period, once the swelling goes down and I check the CT. The manager was quite kind over KakaoTalk consultation. The hospital interior was smaller than I expected, so it didn’t really seem like there was much risk of substitute surgery or a shadow doctor. The operating room and recovery room are unusually in the basement, which was a little scary. Even so, the reason I had surgery here was that, apart from the director’s stiff personality, I trusted the professionalism shown in the director’s blog posts and the reviews were also good.
