The doctor was older than I expected, with kind of a professor vibe and a warm regional accent. He didn't feel super soft and friendly, but he drew diagrams and showed me review photos while explaining things in detail, and he answered all my questions kindly. He shaped the line nicely, did not engage in any over-treatment at all, and seemed to value harmony with the overall face and the overall impression. I wanted an inner canthoplasty too, but if there was even a slight chance of it looking odd or not fitting the balance, he cut it off right away (all canthoplasty-related procedures were rejected). Still, his own aesthetic standards and philosophy are very strong, so people who fit that would probably be a good match.
