I went there for a consultation last year, and the director was a bit rude, while the manager kept pressuring me by saying that if I didn't book today, I couldn't get this price. She kept telling me to leave a deposit and make a reservation, which felt really burdensome, so I made an excuse and left I had gone just to get a consultation, but it felt a little like they were trying to force a sale. I hated it so much..
