I went for a consultation because one eye was undercorrected and one side had a large, pinched line. The doctor was kind. I thought I’d have to do both sides because it was eye-muscle correction, but he said that even if one side wasn’t to his liking, it wasn’t a big problem, so it would be better to leave it alone and just do the more severe side on the other eye. He didn’t recommend eye fat grafting, only asked for what was necessary, and had a conservative, no-frills approach, which I liked. The only worry is that if I do just one side, I’m afraid it might become uneven again.
