The manager has no consultation expertise, and even when I ask questions after surgery, they don't understand what situation I'm talking about at all. Communication between the operating room and the front desk is poor. When I make an inquiry, it doesn't get passed on properly to the nurse. The doctor isn't that kind either. My stitches weren't removed after surgery and are still sticking out at the tip of my nose. The nurse removes the stitches, but it's hard to see the doctor after surgery. I was very disappointed with the aftercare and service.
