I had the consultation with the manager first, then met the director. The manager’s consultation was long. The director’s consultation was short. During the manager’s consultation, they recommended a forehead lift, but it felt like a surgery recommendation I didn’t really need? The director’s consultation was short, but they were kind.

I had something I wanted to do.. but the director firmly said no.. He is an honest and very firm doctor. The head manager also didn’t push anything too hard, and seemed to honestly tell me the direction that would benefit me..!
