The swelling is still there, so I can't be sure yet and I don't know the result after surgery. The manager was insistent about recommending same-day surgery. Also, instead of telling me the price first, (at other clinics, they tell you the set price first) they asked me first how much I was thinking of paying. On top of that, aside from complications and other remarks, they kept pressuring me to go ahead with the double eyelid surgery. Honestly, if I hadn't consulted with the director, I think I would have walked out right away. I didn't feel any sense of professional consultation or kindness from the manager. It seemed less like they were dealing with me sincerely and more like they just wanted to generate profit somehow. In contrast, the director's consultation was good, so I ended up proceeding with the surgery almost as if I had no choice, and the operating room staff and others were generally kind and good, but I took off stars because of the manager.
