There was an older consultation manager, and she was completely awful. She thought she was the doctor. She kept lifting the area above my eyebrows as much as possible while saying things like, "If we do line shaping and forehead lift, it'll look like this," even though I hadn't even said anything about getting a forehead lift, and she was literally kneading my face. When I asked, "Don't I get to see the doctor?" I was told I'd consult with the doctor. The doctor seemed like someone who would do a good job because he was older, from Seoul National University, and had a lot of experience, but the consultation manager made me reluctant.. The hospital felt small, like a private neighborhood internal medicine clinic, though they seem to do a lot of surgeries. What's unusual is that they took photos right away as soon as I arrived. There is also personal portrait rights, and since I wasn't even there to get surgery, taking photos felt bad. The price was also on the expensive side: non-incisional buried suture plus eye correction came to 1.39 million won, plus 10% VAT, and they said eye correction alone was 1 million. They also said I had to upload a post-op photo review. The director gave the impression of being good at surgery, and I went because I liked the Babitalk reviews, but after the consultation I felt reluctant.
