5 years ago I had hump-nose osteotomy, alar reduction, and tip surgery. They recommended an implant for the bridge, but when I said I didn’t want one, they didn’t put it in. The line was smooth at the time, but after a few years the hump seems to have come back a bit? The alar reduction had almost no effect. And the most uncomfortable part was that after anesthesia I saw the director walking out. There was also someone getting eye surgery at the same time as me. I’m looking into revision surgery...
