I think I understand what people were talking about. I went after seeing staff reviews, and I know exactly which person they meant. The doctor was ordinary, but the black-clothed coordinator? Or should I say coordinator/director? I didn't feel it was a sincere or polite consultation. The staff below seemed fairly kind. Honestly, I also went because I was curious who it was. Ah! They appear on YouTube.
