I consulted at 5 places, and among the 5, this was the place where the consultation manager pushed the reservation fee the hardest. I had a consultation with the director while looking at the CT, and when the patient couldn't understand the explanation right away, the director seemed a little frustrated. For patients, medical knowledge isn't naturally our field, and we keep asking because we want to know the things hospitals don't usually explain well, so I wish they had understood that part.
