The effect is good, but the duration is extremely short compared with the pain, so I have absolutely no desire to repeat the treatment. The clinic strongly feels like a factory-style operation. The doctor who performed the treatment was very kind, but I remember feeling uncomfortable because the coordinator and front-desk staff were extremely rude. I understand that alar reduction is considered one of the more painful procedures, but they recommended doing it without anesthesia, using the excuse that applying numbing cream would mean waiting over an hour. I refused, and the actual wait was about 10 or 20 minutes? lol. It hurt a lot even with numbing cream... T_T If I had not applied it, something really bad might have happened... T_T Maybe the effect would improve after two or three more treatments, but I never wanted to go back, and in fact I have not returned since.
