I had buccal fat and double-chin liposuction in 2023, and now, three years later, my double chin is exactly the same. Money wasted. Even though I weigh less than I did at the time of surgery, my double chin is unchanged. My cheek fat seems to have decreased somewhat. When I went back because they had said revision care was available, they told me it was sagging, not fat, and that revision surgery was impossible. Right after surgery, my face looked slimmer when accounting for the swelling, but that was simply because I had thread lifting at the same time. I thought my double chin would become sharper once the swelling went down, but it didn’t. I also had forehead fat grafting using fat removed from my face, but it was uneven, making the center of my forehead look sunken. Whenever someone sees me, they ask if I was hit in the forehead. Fortunately, all the grafted fat has now been absorbed. - The clinic was clean, the doctor was kind, and the staff were decent, but this is the most unsatisfactory surgery I’ve had. - It wasn’t even inexpensive. - I absolutely do not want to recommend this clinic. - I’m looking into revision surgery now T_T
