I only spoke with the consultation manager, and I saw the doctor for just the 2–4 minutes it took to administer the Botox, without really talking, so I’m not sure whether the doctor is kind. Even with an appointment, I had to wait about 10–20 minutes, but there were refreshments available, so it was fine. At other clinics, they took photos before giving me Botox, but here they didn’t take photos; after talking with the consultation manager and feeling my jaw, they said I had too much muscle volume, so I paid extra for a higher dose than the event price. It was still inexpensive, so I had it done 2–3 more times, but there was no effect. After looking into it, I found out that it wasn’t muscle but developed bone, so I no longer go there.
