The hospital itself felt dark and unorganized, but both the counter staff and the director were kind. I went in because a friend had surgery here, and they recommended an incision method. When I mentioned the partial-incision method recommended at another hospital, they said it was just wordplay (..). I don't really know much about surgery methods, so I just said okay. They drew the line once and that was it. The consultation was short!
