I have low self-esteem and feel uncomfortable around people, so I was grateful that they understood that part of me and listened to me, and I was impressed by how seriously they conducted the consultation..!! After that, they explained what could be improved and the direction they would take if I were to have surgery. I didn’t know much about surgery because I had just randomly come to a famous hospital, but they explained it at my level, which I think made it even better! I’m not old enough yet to pay for surgery, so I couldn’t make a decision and just went home after the consultation, but I’m going to convince my family no matter what and get the surgery
