I went for a consultation after reading reviews saying people go there by word of mouth, and the director really checked everything carefully one by one, so I could understand my nose and he explained things very clearly. I liked that he clearly told me what was worth doing and what wasn’t when it came to cosmetic surgery! However, at my first consultation the director’s assistant had quit, so the assistant for the second consultation was a different person. The first assistant felt more professional, and maybe because she didn’t leave any record of my consultation, the second assistant quoted me a higher price, which was a bit strange. The price is already on the expensive side, and when I said it wasn’t this price before, she said there was no way that was true and that she had already lowered the price a lot herself, so... that felt off. The director is good though~
