Everyone at the hospital, the surgery staff, and the director were all kind! But the manager.. sigh.. Thanks to that problematic manager who showed me what people mean when they say you have to meet the right director & manager, I almost didn't go through with the surgery, but the hospital apologized and changed me to another manager, so I was able to finish the surgery well!
