I was a bit surprised because the doctor I consulted with was different from the doctor I met on the day of surgery.. But at least I was able to have one more consultation right before surgery, so that was fortunate. After the surgery, I didn’t get any feeling at all that they were kind or paid close attention, and the manager was nice, but the staff were just so-so^_^ In the end I’m satisfied to some extent with the surgery, though not completely, and I’ll have to keep watching how it goes!
