The ultrasound exam showed that I had little subcutaneous fat and a lot of muscle in the middle area, so they honestly told me they couldn't harvest much. It felt more trustworthy than just being told they would extract it well; they explained it clearly with the machine, and the director was also easygoing and kind, which I liked. A place with ultrasound definitely gives off the feeling that it is more trustworthy.
