I'm from outside the city and didn't have time to go up to the hospital, so I got a consultation through KakaoTalk and phone. I spoke with the consultation manager several times, and they explained things kindly and in an easy-to-understand way. They were even quick! The price wasn't as expensive as I thought and was reasonable.
