First of all, since it's a large hospital, the facilities are really good. The director was kind too. But the consultation manager.. lol I even saw them arguing(?) with the desk staff. It was a battle of nerves.. the consultation manager is scary. They do push the deposit a bit, but the skill is definitely good.
