Cheekbone + pinless jaw surgery (no osteotomy, shaving). At the three-year consultation, they did not recommend unnecessary surgery. In the end, I also had my jaw done because I thought it would be good to do them together, and I'm satisfied. While researching, I saw comments that they are good at jawlines but that the cheekbone results are not dramatic. One side cheekbone feels slightly less reduced, and when I mentioned it during follow-up, they said it was unavoidable because of my skull shape and that they had reduced it as much as possible.
