I first had a CT scan, then consulted with the director using those photos. Right away, I could feel the professionalism was different from other hospitals, and it was really impressive. I found out for the first time how my nose actually looks… The director’s consultation was also very detailed and sincere. I liked that they didn’t recommend surgeries that were not really necessary, especially eye correction surgery! I wasn’t completely convinced, but I left a deposit because they said I’d get a discount if I did, and later when circumstances made it so I wouldn’t have surgery, I felt offended by the manager’s different attitude, like saying I’d have to visit the hospital to get the deposit back, that they didn’t know I wouldn’t have surgery, and so on Whether I have the surgery or not is the consumer’s choice. They reassured me that if I left a deposit but didn’t set a surgery date, I’d get a 100% refund, but when I actually asked for the deposit back, their attitude changed... I was disappointed.
