Instead of just doing whatever nose the patient wants, they should also suggest a nose that suits that person's face, but it feels like they just go in the direction the customer wants rather than the doctor's opinion. Anyway, it seems like they aim for a more masculine nose style than a feminine one. I was very disappointed.
