First, even the phone consultation made me feel bad because of the half-respectful way they said, "So the total waiting + consultation time is one hour.." But when I went in person, the manager was so unfriendly that I just didn't want to do it. I went for a nose consultation, and the director was just kind of blunt, but seemed confident. It was more expensive than I expected.
