First I consulted with the manager, and I was told that the doctor would probably do a surgery of roughly this type. Then when I consulted with the doctor, they just looked at my nose and CT scan and told me what materials would be used, but didn't explain the surgery method or approximately how much silicone would be used.. Still, I had seen a friend of mine turn out beautifully here, so I just went ahead and got it done here.. haha And the nose shape came out really pretty. The nurse who removed my stitches was also kind. This is only my own experience, so please use it as a reference only.
