About a year later, the tip of my nose started sagging, and it has been getting worse, so I'm now looking into revision... The shape of my nostrils also became straight on only one side. During the consultation, they only said something like, let's just put in costal cartilage and build it up, and I don't really know what I was thinking back then... I'm sorry to the deceased person, but it's a decision I regret for my life. The manager was kind.
