I followed the doctor’s advice and only got 1 mm of silicone, without being greedy. There was hardly any swelling, and after the stitches were removed, no one noticed except for the surgical marks. But on the day of surgery it was hell... it hurt so, so much I don’t think I could ever do it again, absolutely not. I’m so satisfied now.
