The doctor consulted with me professionally, so I felt I could trust them. They explained what the problem with my eyes was while drawing it out, and told me what surgery was absolutely necessary for my eyes. There was pressure to put down a deposit. I trust the doctor, but what bothered me was that the counselor spoke to me informally. They even used informal speech with my mother.
